Interactive Approach

Whether we have recommended a Training or Coaching solution we always use an interactive approach. We are facilitators in helping a participant or a group of participants to find their own best solutions. We raise awareness, change attitudes, we help participants overcome ethnocentrism, avoid stereotypes and improve their empathy, when it comes to understanding other cultures, by using different interactive techniques:
