Cross Cultural Management Coaching for Individuals and Teams

The coaching approach is based on what the manager needs along with their personal energy/motivation. The method is grounded in an assessment-based, behavioural change approach to coaching. This type of coaching is skill-based, somewhat like having a personal trainer. Managers learn and practice new behaviours.

The purpose of the cross cultural coaching is to provide the manager with tools and methods in order to lead successfully in a global environment:

  • To work across boundaries
  • To lead cross-cultural teams
  • To manage across long distances
  • To work effectively in another country

with the long-term goal to increase efficiency and profitability in the company.
